The WildRose Independence Party needs an intelligent, intellectual, like Mercouris below, skilled in international relations, to craft its Foreign Policy. As you view the following superb video by Alexander Mercouris keep in mind that the Chinese invested in our coal mines because they wanted metallurgical coal. They made more steel in the last few years than the US has made in total since its beginning. They would have built a railroad to get our coal….but Harper played his silly “our shit don’t stink like yours” game and refused to allow the Chinese to have any coal. There is coal almost everywhere under Alberta. Then the Chinese invested in our “tar sands” because they wanted oil. They would have built refineries and pipe lines …..but Harper played his silly “our shit don’t stink like yours” game and wouldn’t let them have any oil. Canadian and Alberta politicians have been doing their best ….together….to make most of our oil legally inaccessible. Chinese investments in coal and oil were stolen….more or less…at least from the Chinese perspective. Then Harper promoted a tiny group of corrupt Ukrainian Nazis over… All-Of-Russia… and publicly offended Putin to get points for himself at Davos and Builderberg…..proving again that he was an idiot. He also promoted a tiny group of Zionists over the immense 1/4 of the population of the planet that is Moslem and over another immense 1/2 of the population of the planet that knows that most Zionist leaders do not even believe in God…..and that there is an immense difference between Jews and Zionists. Harper did not even understand that when a Moslem objects to Israel as a Zionist entity…that is not necessarily an anti-Jewish statement.

On a tiny scale….Chinese investors who wanted hemp fibers in China for their textile factories shipped a fiber extraction plant to Manitoba and were then told they could not set it up, because nothing in it was CSA approved. Then, the Chinese investors were told that they could not use Chinese workers to set it up, or modify it. Then, the Chinese investors were told that they could not even use Chinese engineers to exchange made in China motors without “CSA-approved-stickers” for made in China motors with “CSA-approved-stickers”. After the Canadian government was done modifying the facility, with local contractors, it ripped the arm off someone at its grand opening and has been closed ever since.

Much of the processing machinery in Fort MacMurray was built off-shore. We paid for port and road modifications to bring huge pieces through the US….all because Canadian Manufacturing rules and regulations make workers here extremely inefficient. When I used to make Texas gates I could do the same amount of welding per day by myself, every day, as 500 Canadian Pipe line workers. None of my Texas gates have ever broken. I began building them about 50 years ago. No one with a welding license has ever worked on any of my Texas gates.

There is zero benefit in replacing Ottawa Government idiots with Alberta Harper imitations. My experience with Alberta institutions is not better than my experience with Ottawa institutions. Roger Snow
